Free stopover offer is valid for confirmed bookings made in the following fare choices U, V, L, Q, M, K, H, B, Y in Economy Class on Etihad Airways only for travel period 1 May – 30 September 2018, originating from selected points of sale Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kenya, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Sudan, Tanzania and Azerbaijan for travel beyond Abu Dhabi. Thos offer is not applicable for guests whose final destination is Abu Dhabi. Frequent flyer redemption bookings, staff discounted tickets, travel industry-discounted tickets, group bookings, award upgrades or cash plus miles promotions are excluded from this offer.
The offer is not available on tickets issued by Etihad Airways Partner Airlines, e.g. Alitalia, Airberlin, Air Serbia, Air Seychelles, Jet Airways, Etihad Regional and Fly Niki.
The offer is valid for sale starting 1 May until 15 September 2018 for travel & hotel accommodation between 1 May and 30 September 2018, excluding black-out dates for Eid El Fitr (13th to 18th June) & Eid Al Adha (20th Aug – 26th Aug) all dates inclusive and during stop sale periods.
If the hotel placed an additional stop sell and guest is willing to amend a flight itinerary, any extra charges for flights amendment should be covered by a guest. "Stopover program" is a voluntary promotion run by Etihad Airways and can be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of the airline. The offer is only valid for adults traveling on return tickets and is applicable on one direction only via Abu Dhabi. The offer is valid only for Crowne Plaza Yas Island, Radisson Blu Yas Island and Rotana Yas Island. No other hotels can be offered to guests on FOC as replacement, in case any of the hotels are not available.
The offer cannot be combined with any other current stop over promotions (Abu Dhabi stop over stay 2 pay 1 and Premium stop over) on any sector of travel. Violation of this clause will result in the booking cancelation with all applicable penalties. For hotel bookings in Abu Dhabi an additional fee of AED 15 per room/ night is applicable and must be paid directly by the guest at the hotel.
Occupancy up to a maximum two adults only will be offered on bed and breakfast. Travel companions must travel on the same dates and flights with the guests eligible for the offer to be eligible to share accommodation. The offer consists of one (1) complimentary nights’ accommodation at a single property for Economy Class guests. Additional nights may be purchased consecutively to the free night offer and must be taken and the stay fully completed within the same offer period. For any flights that do not fall within the specified periods, any other available rate at the time of booking will be offered.
Bookings cannot be separated to avail multiple free accommodation offers. Eligibility for a free night cannot be combined with eligibility of a traveling party to avail multiple free accommodation offers. If a booking includes multiple booking classes (e.g. partly in Economy Class and partly in Business Class), the offer will be based on the booking class on the longer flight sector.
Transport arrangements can be requested at an additional cost by guests travelling in Economy Class. Guests are responsible to arrange their own visa, free stopover campaign does not offer UAE visa as a part of promotion. Partially completed travel will result in the commercial value of the complimentary night’s offer being deducted from any refund claimed on the remaining unused airfare.
